today began with my body revolting against doing what had been the plan. a fever was running a marathon within my veined architecture and there was more expectoration going on than one might find in fukushima.
10 hours of sleep, a boysenberry shake, and 10 glasses of water and bio-algae have restored my ecosystem again to the human realm. i was able to communicate with a few colleagues outside my daily norm and touch base with my sister and hone in on their holiday visit to colorado.
all this has reacquainted me to the idea of a mental health day. although i felt physically pushed into it, i fell rested and almost refreshed. and have perhaps touched in on philisophies that had moved out of view.
It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped.
If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.
A real decision is measured by the fact that you’ve taken a new action. If there’s no action, you haven’t truly decided.
Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.
Quality questions create a quality life. Successful people ask better questions, and as a result, they get better answers.
If you want to be successful, find someone who has achieved the results you want and copy what they do and you’ll achieve the same results.
The path to success is to take massive, determined action.
We can change our lives. We can do, have, and be exactly what we wish.
Life is a gift, and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more.
In life you need either inspiration or desperation.
